the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with the beautiful Kochel lake just a short distance away. The convenience of the bus stop right outside the hotel made exploring the area a breeze. Lastly, I appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the small balcony which provided a lovely view. Plus, having breakfast included was a fantastic bonus.

Found a cozy and family run hotel in an absolutely beautiful location! Rooms were spotless and amenities were well thought out. The restaurant offered delicious and well-priced meals, with a friendly and attentive staff. Loved the on-site parking and easy access to public transportation to explore the city on foot! it was a fantastic and comfortable experience!

Although the breakfast was enjoyable, there was a lack of variety and limited fruit and pastries options, but not a big issue. the showers and sinks drained a bit slow, which could be addressed.
